Jackson man arrested after meth, other drugs found at campground | Crime
PERRYVILLE, MO (KFVS) - A Jackson man faces several charges after police found a "sizable amount" of meth and other drugs at a Perryville campground.
The Perry County Sheriff's Office, Missouri State Highway Patrol, SEMO Drug Task Force and DEA searched Cabin #4 at the Perryville Campground (formerly KOA) for miscellaneous drugs and paraphernalia Thursday morning.
Officers found methamphetamine, marijuana, synthetic marijuana, and various prescription pills along with associated drug paraphernalia.
Robbie W. Meyers, 36, of Jackson faces charges of sale of illegal drugs, along with possession w/intent to distribute illegal drugs.=
Perry County Sheriff Gary J. Schaaf says a "sizable amount" of meth was found and some of it was packaged and weighed, ready for sale.
Meyers was being held without bond on parole violation, having prior drug convictions.
