New mobile site helps travelers plan just in time for spring | Environment
(KFVS) - Tuesday, March 20 is the first day of spring and the Missouri Division of Tourism announces you can now access their new mobile version on VisitMo.com in to time for travelers to plan trips.
The mobile site m.VisitMO.com, is compatible with iPhones and Android-based phones, and allows users to access thousands of attractions, events, restaurants, shops and lodging options in Missouri. According to MDT, all you have to remember is VisitMO.com; the site will automatically render the mobile version for users on a mobile phone. Tablet users will default to the full version, as larger tablet screens are better suited for the full-site experience.
"Cell phones and mobile devices are becoming a dominant way for people to quickly and easily access information while traveling to and within Missouri," said Katie Steele Danner, director of the Missouri Division of Tourism. "Our efforts to produce this mobile site reflect that trend, and we're confident people seeking travel information about Missouri will find the mobile VisitMO site a useful tool for planning trips and selecting events and destinations to visit."
The site encourages travelers to explore Missouri by showcasing the exciting and unique attractions that make the state a can't-miss vacation destination. With the launch of the mobile site, quick and convenient access to VisitMO content is just a tap away.
